Description:
Choked with aliens, dense vegetation, 45° slope on Northern side. Waterway totally infested with aliens, congesting water flow. Some nice indigenous trees, reeds and grasses present.
Renown as Black Mamba territory. Water Monitor seen often by Charles Street culvert.

Action Plan:
Destroy aliens, clear waterway, establish what indigenous plants are present and rehabilitate accordingly. It will be challenging to gain entry due to dense vegetation.
